The day they are calling due to fraudulent activity related to my ss number and nam3

Just got a call from this number today.  Female left a message on my voicemail (didn't leave her name or company info) stating that there were 2 fraudulent charges associated with my social security number & that I was going to be arrested!  They addressed me by my previous last name, one that I haven't used in 7 years!  Anyone know the name of this company?

Have continuously received calls about a lawsuit. Given a case number and to reply to them immediately. Never comments on what the lawsuit is or about. Tired of these calls.

Nobody has been able to find them.  They change phone numbers and CIDs all the time.  They are a group of white collar criminals that go around trying to threaten people into paying them money . Threats of arrest, or "there are two fraud" charges (that's their fave threat) or threats to serve process-- the same old same old all the time.  I called that number and I recognize the robo-greeter--same guy for all the same sort of scams.   I think they are located in Texas, but I don't know for sure.

Fraud is a crime and is  handled by public prosecutors and law enforcement, not some scammy debt collector.  If you had committed fraud, the authorities would have let you now.  Nobody can do anythng to your SS#.  This is just another absurd threat.

Basically you should block these calls. Ignore them.  

They change their names all the time; nobody really knows where they are located.

Invest in a call blocker.  Do not return their calls.  Do not give them any information.  Ignore their threats.  Just a load of empty nonsense.

They are full of themselves...Don't respond. They did it to me for a couple weeks then stopped.. Sick people in this world.

You are  so right ,I did a lot of looking into these telephone call's. Listen carefully to what the say...They are Idiot's!!!!!!!!!! Some people out there which their hoping for, will call back in a panic and hand over the info they want to get your money.. Case numbers they gave me is all wrong to how the court works in the area in which I live,.And the fact that It's a civil suit...God help us that we have to put up with people like this.. It really chaps my hide!

Tell them you contacted the local authorities fcc and the court in which you live.. etc.Tell them you know who they are and what their about. Then tell them it's only a matter of time before they will be caught, and not to call you anymore!! Don't let them interrupt you....Then just hang up.
