The caller stated that they were from the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against me. He also told me to write down his IRS badge number and gave me a case number to write down. In addition, stated that the local authorities would come to my residence and I would be arrested in 45 mins. if I didn't comply. He asked did I file my own taxes or did I have someone prepare them for me. I stated to him that if you're from the IRS, you should already know this. It would be noted on my tax return. Then they hung up. The individual had a foreign accent.

I just got a phone call from these pricks. They said they were the IRS and that they were filling a lawsuit against me. They only left a voicemail and it sounded quite skeevy. I can't wait till they call back, so I can tell them to go and suck a bag of dicks.

Got a message from them stating they were from the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit against me.  When I called them back to "play along", the number had been disconnected.
