    We received a text message and phone call on our personal cell phone from "Dave Sayer" of Publisher's Clearing House. We are supposed to have a IOME Vanilla card with a certain amount of money on it for "fees". They are on their way to our house, supposedly, to give us "money and a car". I called customer service and spoke with a real customer service representative at PCH. I was told: 1. PCH NEVER asks for a payment. 2. PCH ALWAYS comes unannounced. There was high pressure from the caller to get this card for "fees".  Beware!
