called at 8:25  A. M.  trying to get kids ready for school . Don't have time for this [***].

516-218-9259 = caller id = Firefighters Coa = The Firefighters & Emergency Responders Coalition = http://fferc.org/ = looking for money = and yet another scam/spam to get around the DNC list with onerous requirements to get off their list, which, even if you do, they will just put you back on it!  UGH!  Yet another dishonest company/organization who won't list the numbers they call from, what they are calling for, and an easy way to get off their list = they would just rather upset millions and that they have, anyone calling me will never ever get another penny from me.  UGH!

Called, left no message.  From reading the other comments, this seems like yet another outreach by recently-formed Political Action Committees (PACs), operating in the name of police or first responders, but really collecting money for select politicians and to line the pockets of the PAC administrators.  See also: 254-433-5471.

Annoying!!  Tired if repeated robo calls from a person/group I don't know and did not initiate.  Please STOP!!

Call came in as Firefighters Cos.  No message.  Assume It's another scam.  My phone has been ringing off the hook since the Equifax Hack.

Part of "For a Better America Political Committee", which supposedly raises money for police and firefighters. According to their FEC filing, the treasurer is a guy named Bill Kuhn who lists contact info as bill.edward.kuhn@gmail.com and a New York phone number of 917.697.2003 and also a John Newsome as custodian of records, with contact info of jlnewsome@gmail.com and a Brooklyn, NY, phone of 646.729.5449

Perhaps these guys would want to hear from everyone being called so they can pass along the info to others in their organization about the crappy robocalls?

Fire Fighters Coa calling from New York. I live in California where they are fighting fires here. Why would I give money to that state for their organization. Pretty dumb. Sick of it.
