Fake Publishers Clearinghouse scam. Told me I won three and a half million dollars, a new pickup truck, and a five thousand dollar WalMart gift card. I thought he would hang up when he asked my name and I told him Fred Flintstone, but he asked me to spell it.

I kept him on the phone for half an hour. Of course, winning my prize required me to send him $735.52 per "FCC and IRS rules". Asked if I wanted to send cash or use a credit or debit card. I told him I'd go to the credit union in half an hour and withdraw cash and he wanted me to go to Walgreens and wire it to him. He wanted to remain on the line until this was done but I said my phone battery was running down.

He then asked for a picture of myself so they could photoshop it into a picture of my "new truck" and said he'd call back in half an hour with further details on where to send the money. How nice of him. I sent him a picture of Fred Flintstone and then blocked the number.

I also got the same call. Caller said his name was Frank Davis. Told me that I won $6500 a month, also the keys to a brand new red pick up truck. Was going to get a cashiers check from the Bank of America for 3.8 million dollars. The caller tried very hard to force an American accent. I told him I looked the number up online and it said fake PCH scam and the I hung up. He tried to call me back several times from a "restricted" number, but I just kept hanging up and they quit.
