This is pet care Rx. They will harass you
forever. Call you BBB and file a complaint. They are pushy, obnoxious, and use deceptive business practices. If you order one time they will call continuously and harass you till you order from them. My next step is to file a complaint with the FTC and I will file a small claims action in court.

I just ordered from PetRx and assume it was them calling, after reading an above entry.

I haven't ordered from them in about 3 months now since I was able to get our cats physician to lower their prices on 3 meds one of my cats takes daily.  They brought down one med from about $30 for a 90 day supply, to around $15 to a 90 day supply to come close to matching PetcareRx.  He said their a black market which I don't know if thats true. He could be saying that cause he has lost customers to them I don't know. Anyways, this number just started to pop up.  So thank you Ginger for verifying that.

Don't call BBB that's a little rediculous...calm down Ginger

They're just calling to either:
1: verify your order
2: inform you of changes
3: to remind you that since your last purchase your pets are due for their meds again.

Great company with great prices.

Chill out, Ginger!  Just call PetCareRX's main # 1-800-844-4127, tell a customer service rep that you'd like to opt out of receiving phone reminders, then move on with your life.

That's right Ginger, don't bother with the BBB they can't do anything anyway. If these clowns don't stop calling after you tell them to, they are in violation of the law (the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or TCPA, to be exact) and you should file a complaint here:
