SCAM and FRAUD.  Message says that it is Publishers' Clearing House but the number does not match PCH.  Instructs to call and uses a real name of a PCH person but it is NOT Publisher's Clearing House.

Received exact same call on 11/4/19 with exactly same FRAUD recorded message.  Now, this robocall is against the law.

Caller said they were from Publishers Clearing House and I was a 2nd place winner in the lottery.  I did not answer.  They left message.  Said to call 516-430-3709.  First of all, I did not participate in Publishers' drawing, so I knew it was a SCAM.

Robo call telling me we won second place prize in PHC contest.

I just received the same call and I called PCH and was told that they only notify winners by coming to your house. Tel # 516-430-3709 is a scam.

Same scam as above. Second place winner in PCH sweeps. Never entered.

Received same scam phone call as everyone. It is a scammer.

I just received a call from 516-430 3709 claiming I was a second prize winner in publishers clearing House I never joined PCH call also claimed they were legitimate

Well, then, OF COURSE they MUST be legitimate since they took the trouble to state it. *sigh* Scammers just get more and more stupid as time goes by.

Received this message on 7//2020. Same message, that I had won second prize from Publishers' Clearing House. I checked the number here because it sounded fishy.

Caller ID says "Wantagh. NY".  Left same  recorded message as detailed by others here claiming to be Publishers Clearing House.  I guess there are a lot of us "second place" winners.  Obvious scam.
