    Fake sounding "google ad coordinator for this area.." - complete spam and probably a scam too.  I pressed 1 as instructed then remained silently on the line when they answered as usual.  Likely a spoofed number id but I blocked it anyway.

    Spam Robo-Dialer "Local Google" wanting to offer their services. Press 1 to talk to an agent or Press 2 to be removed from their call list. I pressed 1 as instructed so I could "tell off" the next agent but all I got was dead silence. These Robo-Dialers are really ticking me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
