This people have been calling me,but soon as I picked up the phone, nobody answered. After calling the number back few times, I find out that it is a telemarketing company.I asked them to put my number in their no call list; I hope they will respect my wish.

I do not want any more calls from this number or I will seek legal action.

I've been getting a few phone calls from this company.  I was getting phone calls from another number, which I was picking up and hanging up on.  Now, I am getting phone numbers from this new number.

I have been getting calls from this # for weeks now every time i answer they hang up  now i got mad and i started telling them to stop calling me and take me off they list or i will press charges... guess what they still call no matter what u asked them and yea they answer one time and asked me why am i so mad at them what did they do omfg  for real now ... and also they been calling my private line so yea there is a law suit  against them coming  up i am feed up with it....

Anybody manage to get these scum bags to stop calling?

These people are harassing me!  They want a credit card number so they can charge $1 for shipping/handling a $100 gift card.  I have no idea who these people are or how they got my phone number.  I repeatedly tell them that I will not give them any private credit card information over the phone.  They can mail me the information and one I review I can contact if interested.  The number they are calling is a private business line.  They will not provide their company contact information.  I have asked them repeatedly to put on their DO NOT CALL list and it still continues.  Any ideas to get rid of them?

10 calls in 6 hours now! I'm sick of it and I'm seeking a way to put who ever is responsible to pay up!

These people are at the point of harassing me. I have asked them to stop calling and they still call at least 6 times a day. How do I get them to stop?

this is the third day they have called me. yesterday they called 16 times. I talked to them once, asked them to stop 4 times and the rest of the times they kept hanging up. today i've just been ignoring them but I want to do something about it. it's really getting on my nerves.

Yea this number keeps calling me as well I pick up they hang up I get no answer. I called number back and all I got was busy signal all day. If they are telemarketers they must be slightly [***] or something because I have yet spoke 1 word with them out of the 35 times they have called me today. I'm afraid this number may be more sinister than telemarketers and may report them to the police if the calls persisit.

If you are in new york there is a crime called harrassment in the 3rd degree. This is a crime not a violation punishable by jail time up to 1 year. This crime is mainly targeted at harrassment via telephone. All you need to press this charge on someone is to say they called you up to 3 times and you stated 3 times to stop calling you and they still persisted then it is grounds for arrest. Call the police tell them u warned this harrasser to stop calling numerous times and it still is persisting and that now you wanna press harrassment charges. These people will be arrested and the calling will stop :-)

yea this number called me too , im from connecticut so i was like wat the [***] why is this [***] number calling me. so i got a wierd feeling to go online and look up the area code i saw it was nassau county wtf ? so i look up the whole number and come to find out alot of people having this problem lol , now at least i kno not to pick it up haha.

This number is calling me every thirty minutes.  They get mad when I tell them not to call again.  Wanted my credit card number to ship me a $100 giftcard and were furious when I refused.  They said they were a company called Smart Shopper, didn't know my name and used another one and the guys name was Peter.

They are calling me every 30 minutes, are rude, were furious when I would not give them my credit card number to ship me a $100. walmart giftcard.  They said they were a company called Smart Shopper, the callers name was Peter and his employee id was 190792.

Same problem as all of you. Four calls in two hours. Wanting credit card number to send me $100 Walmart gift cards. I had won a drawing - funny, I had never entered a drawing at any Walmart store!?!
I asked the first person I talked to remove my name. What is so irrating is that they are calling on my cell phone. How do they get that number? Is nothing sacred? Sure would like an idea to get them to stop!

Same here-after asking them to delete my number from their call list they called back 20 minutes later...i answered " Sheriffs office" they hung up and have not called back since!!!! WOO HOO

hey im having the same problem here and also i dont think this guy is legit at all but im gonna look into it more... also isnt it illegal for a telemarketer to call private lines? I also read that the govt is working on banning telemarketers from calling cells is that true?

is the guys name possible peter hitchcock from GUILFORD  CT  ... ive been doin some searching on the internet and if this dude calls you try using this against him im possibly gonna have some cops come over and trace this if i cant find where he lives... sry i didnt find more info yet ive only been searching for 10 min if you guys have any other info please tell me so we can take down this scumbag XD
