Got a call from this number. Just kicked it to voice mail as I do not know anyone from New York that knows my phone number. Left a 1 second voicemail with nothing on it.

vital business (biz) news - something about credit cards - unwanted solicitation even though i am on the do not call list!

I rec'd 2 recorded calls from Vital Biz in 1 hour.  Caller ID showed 2 different numbers.  I had 701-625-5003 and 516-453-5658.  I also am on the Do Not Call list and filed complaints.  I really doubt it will do any good.  The thinking behind these calls escapes me.  What idiot would think it is a good idea to do business with a company like Vital Biz?

Got a call from 516-453-5658, but they hung up as soon as my answering machine answered the call. Call-id showed "Tax Relief News".  I have no idea what the call was about, but too am on the National Do Not Call List, and don't appreciate these calls.

Got a call from these idiots. As soon as I heard a prerecorded message start to say something about "urgent" and "the IRS", I slammed the receiver back down.  Blasted flaming anal sphincters think legitimate companies have nothing better to do than field their stupid, scam/spam messages!!

There is a Panasonic Digital Phone that allows you to use your CallerID along with very simple programing BY THE PHYSICAL PHONE for # 30 numbers block. Once you Block unwanted callers, it will ring once, then disconect on the scoundrels! It takes a push of three buttons once you identify them to block.
I may be "twisted"but I get a chuckle each time I get a call from the blocked # because it is final once programed. If each of the bums wants to purchase another 30 numbers and start again so will I.

Call blocking phones are very inexpensive $40-$60 and they come with, at least, one wireless handset.  Very, very convenient.

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones.  They’re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd  wireless handset.  COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.  
They work beautifully!  These phones also block “PRIVATE”, “OUT OF AREA” and "UNKNOWN" calls!!!
I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.
NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.  THEY CAN’T GET THROUGH!
We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

An automated call from "David", trying to sound all authoritative and business-like. Beckoning me, tempting me with immediate assistance and help from taxreliefnews.com .  He (it) told me they would be able to help no matter what my tax issues were.  "liens", "penalties" even "JAIL TIME" was no problem for them to handle.  

Maundered on for maybe 20 seconds before I was offered the big decision! Press 2 to speak immediately with an operator or press 9 to opt out and lose their valuable expertise FOREVER!

This message would be my ONLY and FINAL opportunity.  Alas, just when it seemed this golden beacon of good fortune was about to slip through my fingers, another voice (older, less sophisticated) jumped in and told me to call 888-990-9121.  Was told this was not the IRS (as if I couldn't guess) and my new, older friend reiterated much of what David was so anxiously trying to tell me in the first place.

David came back!  Told me I MUST leave my cell number, (not my office line, home line or anything else) just my cell number.  He then assured me, that by pressing 2, I would get the quickest and most comprehensive assistance possible.  I of course pressed 2 but my hopes were dashed when it only resulted in an answering machine, alerting me that all sales representatives were busy but that by leaving my CELL PHONE, someone would absolutely, most definitely call me back as soon as possible.

We shall see!

It is very important to file an FCC complaint anytime you receive calls like this.  If enough complaints are registered, eventually these calls may stop.

Sounds like you got the whole dog and pony show.  Me, all I got was a "missed call," no caller ID (just the phone number) and no message.  I feel ignored.

I have to agree with those who see the DNC as a black hole.  If you want to know what happened to this idealistic concept, just follow the money.  These telemarketers must make BIG political contributions to keep the FCC off their backs.

Tax Refief News is obviously not a reputable company or offering a reputable service.  They are using a robo calling service and calling number in the DNC registry.

Got call at work - "Tax Relief News" - yeah, I'm really gonna answer THAT one!  I just picked up receiver and immediately hung up.  God bless whoever invented Caller ID.

Received a pre-recorded call from these scammers.  Pre-recorded call had no company info anywhere in it.

Finally got a human from them.  They identified themselves as "Pinnacle Tax & Financial Services" out of Irvine, CA.  949-398-5381.   SCAM.  Complete SCAM.

These guys called me and I am on do not call list.  So I got Ooma, you have to have a high speed internet, but ooma phone service is free just buy the box.  Now I can block there phone before I ever receive a ring.  I can do three things either block the number and they get a message that the phone is disconnected, or they get a message that their number is being block or the phone will ring continually on their side and not affect your call whats so ever, the best is the phone service is free, I LOVE OOMA
