Comes up on Caller ID as XYZ and they ask you personal questions about your house.  i.e. Do you have smoke detectors, where are they located, etc.  

I don't have time for this, nor do I care to disclose details about my house to a stranger.

They call never speak clearly and ask personal questions, on life insurance.

Call from "XYZ" --- NO legitimate company would use 'XYZ' as their called ID.  
I should call them back - with the caller ID of F.U. 'XYZ'.  [***]!

I received a call from XYZ on numerous occasions.  Usually I hang up.  This time it went to voice mail and the man left a very nasty phone msg of F.OFF.  I really don't appreciate this type of unsolicited call requesting personal information or the vulgar language they used.

I received a call from this number but was not interested in their program

They called me and I could not understand the person due to the accent but I could tell that it was either a telemarketer or some sort of nosey call.  I told the guy I am not interested and he kept insisting that it was not a sales call.  I finally hung up on him.

I just received a call from this number. When I said that I didn't want to answer his questions, he told me to F-off three separate times. When I tried to call back to report this individual, it said that the voicemail was full. Unbelievable!

they have been calling me for months asking if i have smoke detectors and i finally asked the guy why he continues to harass me? he said nastily that i won't complete the survey. I told him to eff off!

This number appeared on my caller ID as XYZ...Never leaves a message just complete silence.

It's always fun to answer these type calls. Rather than get mad, have fun. I usually tell them I'm busy right now but if you could give me YOUR home phone #, I'll call you around supper time.  They will fall for it most of the time and say,"I'd rather not get called at home", then you can say now you know how I feel and hang up.

Repeatedly calling to conduct a "survey" regarding what safety features we have in our home.  I refuse to disclose this information to an unknown person.  Rude, nasty man will not shut up, has a thick accent, raises his voice and says he will not stop calling till I answer his questions.  Where can I report this to get resolution?!?

Weird noises being uttered by a supposed extraterrestrial. I hung up and redialed to receive a voice recording from the phone company that the number was not in service. Muy loco.

I keep getting these calls, but just the city and state are listed along with the numbers.  Fortunately, we're in the practice of not picking up if we don't know who's calling (the joy of caller ID).  I will make sure that we definitely continue to ignore these calls.

Get this call daily at work with ID "XYZ" and asking about smoke detectors.  When I tell him it is a business he hangs up.  I called back the number and got a voicemail for "The Underwoods".

I constantly get calls from this number and the same Indian guy says he is from Safeguard. I keep asking to be put on the do not call list. I don't think they care. Now I am just gonna ignore the calls. It is annoying though when you are in the middle of supper or early in the morning when we are still sleeping. I am ready to get rid of the phone all together!!

Got a call from company on a Saturday Afternoon.  Of course, There is no legitimate Company called XYZ. Will not answer any such foolish phone calls.  But from the post, sounds like a front for some kind of bogus organized shake down from thugs.  They should be reported to BBB and the Federal Trade Commission.

I got a call from these people, and I think that they're just trying to collect your information for something else.  Don't tell them ANYTHING about yourself, not your name, nothing. If you have to, make stuff up and lie to them, you aren't under oath.

I got the same man who called me a [***] and stupid [***] when I refused to answer his questions and asked to speak to a manager.

Just received a call from this number, it appear in my called id as NODID, asking me to confirm my name and phone.  Said that something was happening with our credit cards in this very moment.  Did not believe him, tried to cut him off and he got angry.  Strange accent by the way.
