Scam suspicion after initial search.
Blocked.

Left no message;called at 8:42PM

Just received the phone call, no message on answering machine, and hung up.  I called the phone number back said WCF, press a number to be taken off the list but just hung up.  So annoying and don't believe who they say they are..

Answered phone and received no response.

Called my home phone, didn’t recognize number, did not answer. No message left. Another number to block.

caller represented herself as a volunteer with WCF - women's cancer fund - very pushy, insisting on a commitment of 50 or 30 dollars to help the ailing women.  She then put another woman on the phone as a "verifier" to get my credit card number.  I told her I don't give my c.c. number to anyone, especially a pusher solicitor.  I hung up.

Rude woman said she was soliciting donations for breast cancer research. She asked if she could send a card for $30 or $50. Then she wanted to put a verifier on the line and I kept asking why do I need to speak with a vetifier, but got no answer so I hung up. There have been several calls from this number in my Caller ID log, yet never any messages left.
