    These people have called on numerous ocassions previously.  This time I caught the CID, and picked up:  Caller says she "will help me reduce my electric bill."  I told her I have done that, I'm not interested, and please don't call anymore.  And she gave me an argument!  "But,  but,  you don't understand, we're working with your power company..."

    What the hell is wrong with people?  Break the law, soliciting business on my phone, and when I tell you not to call, insist I listen to your pitch?  Do you really think I'm going to sign up after you get me pissed off?
