Someone is calling me from this number too. I don't know anyone from that area of New York. So any info would be nice.

I called the number back and it asks if you would like for them to remove you from their caller list. Afterwards it tells you thank you your number has been removed from the WTNB something I think it said....

called promoting Gov.Grants won, free and clear . Call back w/ conf.code ...called 1 minute hold to pull file..  Thanx and explained that I needed to purchase a cash card from local drug or deptmnt store for $200  to collect this grant .    SCAM !!!!!!!

This number called me to extort 200$ out of me for a free government grant. Something needs to be done about these people.

I got called from a new york number : 6469208329. They said i was going to get a $9200 grant from the government. And to call another new york number : 5164536718. once i called the number (suspecting it was a scam) the Indian man proceeded to tell me i could get it only if i went to the store and bought a $200 google play store card and called back with the card info. Once i called him out and said it was a scam i hung up, he called me back several times to cuss me put and make rude and sexual comments to me (while he was on speaker phone and my husband was beside me).

I had the same calls today. Just felt like a scam. I hung up on him he calls back and asked if I was illederate or something that I should hang up on people. So I looked up number found these reports and called him back. I said so much for me being illederate because just googled his number and found these reports. Indian talking guy. He hung up on me. I called him right back and guess what he had no accent this time and all I said to him was Scam and hung up. If government is going to issue money Grants they can send it to me as a check in the mail.

So I just received this call, tried calling health & Human Resources but their closed.

Do not fall for those calls they are scamming people they try to do it to me telling me to go by or Google play card and what are you doing is you giving them the code in the taking your money luckily had they not doing
