WCA offer clearing house. I missed the call and when I called back it was a line to remove my number. I removed it of course.

I just missed this call too, and I removed my # as well.

I answered the phone to a guy named "jeff" and when I played along and offered my card number blindly he was ALL ABOUT IT.  He started off with an american accent and then when I made fun of him for expecting my card number and social security number he became Indian all of a sudden... DONT ANSWER AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!

I started getting calls from various 516-453-6xxx numbers right after I put my new cellphone number on the federal DNC list.  Dollars to donuts, this sleazeball mines the DNC list for fresh numbers to spam.  Theoretically, telemarketers can make calls up to 1 month after you register on this list, however using it as a source of numbers to spam is certainly contrary to the intent of the law and is probably illegal.
