Repeated calls from this number. Have opted out of calls both on the Do NOT Call List and with this "company". So frustrating!

Obviously a SCAM since I don't have any credit cards!

Just received a call on a line which I unfortunately don't have the option of screening. Robocall letting me know it's my "second and final offer to lower my credit card rates." Funny how it's ALWAYS my second and final offer.

Turned the number and probably fake company name into the FTC website, just like I do with all of these scammers.

Another, almost daily call from these scambags.  Noticed now they seldom leave their stupid message.  This is only one of their zillions of numbers.  Yes, I'm going to report them to the FCC every time.

What is needed is legislation that mandates investigation by the FCC/FTC. But forget the ineffective fines.  The FCC/FTC are required to post the names and personal home address and phone numbers of the companies and ALL of the offending personnel on their websites.

Called and said I could lower credit card rate. I did not respond and the call hung up.

So far I haven't seen ANY evidence that these criminals are being stopped.  It isn't possible to get off their list once you make it on ... and the numbers tend to be spoofed,and  are varied enough, that it is impossible to block them all.  I finally figured out that these scammers are running a number of cons all at once (because we kept getting the junk calls in batches).  Cruises .... credit cards, security systems .... and who knows what else the scam is.  Out of curiosity, I have wasted these folks time .... and considering that they are criminals wishing to steal your money, they are able to sound pleasant enough, and come up with enough lies to sound plausible.  If you let them know that you are onto their game, then they hang up on you, or curse up a storm (but hey, what would you expect from thieves?!).  The ONLY way to stop them, would be if everyone stopped answering their phones when unknown numbers call through ...... oh well.

Left no message. Just another scam.

I got calls from same place with 2 different numbers very rude and hung up on me....Called me with 1 hour of each call..Filed complaint with the FCC and will file complaint with the Illinois Attorney generals office also...

I want their real ID & location so bad I can almost taste it.
800Notes.com and whocallsme.com need to ad "SCAM" to their "Call Type" box.

I'm not even calling this a Telemarketing call, but a Prank call!

I've reported this call several times to the NDNCR but under different phone phone numbers under different caller IDs, but it is the same Robo Rachel caller.

It's *not* the same Robo Rachel caller - there are dozens, perhaps hundreds, of criminals using the same "Rachel" recording and scam. The FTC just busted a few of them but it's like trying to wipe out a cockroach infestation by stepping on them one at a time...

CC Service - let it go to VM.
