What possible thought process suggested that we called you, or your caller reads your posts here?

Another "ambulance chasing" law firm... apparently dialing every number in America in a lame effort to ID potential class action plaintiffs.  They have been calling my unlisted Outdial # since mid July!  As this number has never been used by anyone... it would seem that they are just calling blocks of numbers.  Clearly they have no qualms about invading the privacy of others!

A lady called my cell phone at 8:22 pm asking for my brother i don't speak to? They say they cant get ahold of him i told them i can't either. Strange!

I checked the website and seemed legal, therefore I sent all my documents for a claim, now I call them to find out if they received them and never get an answer back I am wondering if they are a scam and I have compromised my information.. What should I do?

I take it you've been contacted about some sort of class action.

If you do not receive some answer in writing within a few weeks, I'd make a
complaint to the state bar.  This would be the state bar of the state your addressee is located in
If you were not contacted in writing originally, then there is a possibility of some sort of scam-like
operation going down.

I'd want to find out where, exactly,  this class actions is filed.   That is, if in fact a case has been filed.
And if not yet filed, when and where will it be filed.

In an ordinary class action,  you'd receive a letter with all this information available.

They may ask for a "fee" in order to be included in a class action.  Unless you have
concrete evidence of a real case having been filed, and have something in writing,
do not pay any fees.  If you do decide to pay a fee, make sure it is in a traceable form.

This whole business is questionable.

They are legit. They are a law firm that deals a lot with class actions. Chances are if they called you you are part of a class-action you signed up for or agreed to.

Is   this  a   real   attorney's   office   are   they   certified  or   scam   please   clearfied.

If you know where they are located, check the Bar  Association to see if they are licensed.  There is a real firm with that name BUT I do not know if it is the one in question.  That website states they go after pharmaceuticals & corporations.

They sent mail to us about a class action lawsuit against Anthem, my husband retired 2 yrs. ago so I asked her did she have a number for Anthem and she went completely off subject. When I told her her something sounded hinky she started again, as if reading from something, the same exact crap she had just said. So, if you get this idiot, please act stupid as if you know nothing and go along with it, DO NOT give personal info, just aggravate the hell out of them. I told her, to have a nice day and God always Blesses Sinners.....just ask.

They  sent me a  email about  my case on a settlement to sign and accept. My case was opened 9 yrs ago. It has been  a year since  I t in to the case signed the  papers  to settle . And now all I get Is a message  stating they will contact me  when it ready. Going know 10 years I'm focused on if this will ever pay me what was offered to me
