Illegal medication/drugs telemarketer. Oriental caller leaves message to get money order or western union to make  purchase.  No prescription required. calls from multiple phone numbers, sometimes sends texts. Leaves voicemails also. Same voice heard from different numbers.

In addition, the number of calls received in a typical day exceeds 20 times. Always say the same thing. I am on the national do not call list and I have told them over and over to NOT call again to no avail.

The national call list isnt really enforced.  These people call me everyday, all day, and they spoof there number each time.

This # has called me 3× already today... Haven't left a message any time they have called... Its just annoying... I've applied for jobs online and I always think its an employer calling. If it weren't for the I ternet we wouldn't have these calls...at least I don't think so..=\

Ever since I applied for health insurance on a government website I have been getting telemarketer calls up to ten times a day. Apparently my information isn't even safe with our own government.

Just received call from this number on my cell, knew my name and said I have diabeties how would they know that? my husband called the number  a few times and it says theres no room to record message and all my numbers are on the do not call list Im still getting calls on home phone about the tech support scam going on I so hope these idiot"s get caught good grief! my husband said peaple will sell peaple"s info I don"t know how  they can do that

This is a medical insurance scam company. I go by my nickname "Kitty" on Facebook and other social media. But when dealing  with doctors, insurance and legal matters, I use my legal name. I have never used "Kitty" on healthcare.gov or other real sites. These guys called me "Kitty". They're not from Obamacare. They're scammers. Block them.

Repeated calls. Very irritating!

This is my number I was hacked , Verizon told me to put a recording to say call the FCC.

The call starts with a man with an Indian (India) accent who states that, "Your prescription is ready." I tell him in a calm voice, "I told you two months ago that you are calling the wrong number. He interrupted me and said, "Shut up . . ." I said, "I do not have a prescription through your company." He responded again, "Shut up, . . .". I did not hear the rest, nor did I hear the end of this sentence or when he first uttered those words. I shut him down. I said, "Shut up you stupid piece of . . .".; and hung up the phone. I have blocked this number he has called at least fifteen to twenty times, and I have told him each time that he has the wrong number, he's wasting his time."  When I called back, the phone rang 12 times before an electronic message in a male's voice says, "the number you dialed is not is service, either the person are trying to reach has gone outside the servicing area and cannot be reached, or cannot answer your call at this time. Please call at a later time - FL41852. I called again and after one ring a female electronic voice says, "I am sorry your call can not be completed"; and the call is disconnected.

They get our information from the companies that have their customer service reps in these foreign countries. All of our personal information is there without our consent. This is the reason I stopped using Bell South Telephone; and AOL. They even ask for your mother's maiden name and my birth date, which has nothing to do with a bill payment. I made up a name for her maiden name and told my siblings to use the same one, of which they do. I do not understand why they cannot utilize the invoice number and customer number of the bill to reference any thing that has to do with that particular account. BEWARE.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

I get a call from this number SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!!!! When I answer, they hang up. Yesterday, I told them I had reported the number to the police. They called today.

Want calls stopped

I have been questioning the integrity of work, such as insurance claims, tech support, etc. being sent out of this country without our consent and how laws apply.  This is very private information.  Somebody think they can't cheat us out of our dollars or identities because they're thousands of miles away?!  I started getting calls from this number today, and they've called 3 times, left no message.  If I don't know who it is, I don't answer it.  But it's annoying.  I imagine the 'do not call' list probably doesn't apply to calls from outside the country anyway, even if they route through a local number or VOIP.

I finally answered after numerous calls over the past couple of months, I got the same thing about Diabetes, he knew my name, I could barely understand what he wanted, I made him say what he was saying like 4 times, he was clearly irritated and said in a loud voice "you have diabetes right?"   I yelled back at him and said "oh, NO I DONT!" and hung up, blocked the number just like i have all along, but so far, that's not worked, I continue to get the calls from other numbers.  Most of them PA, some from NY area.  I came on line to look it up to make sure it wasn't one of those calls that if I answered, i'd get ripped off financially simply by answering, lol... i'm grateful to read the comments and to find out that its only an annoyance.   I cant imagine anyone providing any information to anyone via a phone call like that.
