Man with thick accent - I could hardly understand him, says he was going to go forward with suing me but never said what for.

Called me at work.  Accent, but American name.  Said I needed to call him back immediately.  Suit pending.  He wished me luck and said God Bless.

I just received a call from this number and they are telling me I owe money for a payday loan, which is not true.  They have been harrassing me since May 2011.  They speak with a very heavy accent and it is difficult to understand them.  They too are telling me they are from the Department of Justice.

Harrassing call stating he is from teh US DOJ and that they are suing for an Advance American Payday loan. I asked for someone who spoke english and kept getting someone with a little less aceent but never got an english speaking person. He kept babbling about a criminal law suit ..... funny they all have American names, but very thick arabic accents. Wow is all that I can say.

When I asked the man what county in Missouri the law suit was filed he said that he couldn't tell me because that the case had not been filed and that they had no way to notify via mail, but yet they had my address and last four of my SSN. I would guess these guys are scammers looking to rip people off. Beware.

This person left me a messgae saying he wanted to hear from me or my attorney and said if I dotn call back all he can say is GOD BLESS.

Called today at work, had my home address, said there was  a lawsuit against me and he was with the Department of Justice, his name was Sean Conner, heavy Indian accent and was so quiet, I could not hear him.  I told him he was harassing me at work and that I would call the Department of Justice to find out if he worked there.  This is not the first time this has happened, be careful if you get a payday loan online, they will haunt you even after you pay it off.  I sent all of this information to the department of justice and the FBI also has where you can file a complaint online.

date 01/11/2012  I just got a call from this number stating they are from the Department of Justice in New York city, even gave me the address 170 Park, New York NY 11040 (which I checked usps website and this is not a correct address).  Very heavy accent.  Could not understand what she was saying.  Demanded to speak to supervisor, put on hold and then a man with a very heavy accent answers and asks if I am who I am and they are going to file a law suit soon.  I checked the department of justice website in New York City and they are there for you to file complaints .

I rcvd a call from James Jackson who you can tell is Arabic pretending to live the American dream by giving an American name.  Told me to have myself or my Legal representative call him at his hot spot and if neither of us don't call him then he wishes us the best of luck as this situation unfolds in front of my face and God Bless.  Are you kidding me, idiots.  No wonder why they can't control there government over there and need Americans to come in and do it for them.

Especially, if anyone has taken out an Online Payday Loan. Do not return the call. Contact TelaTrack. I do not have a telephone number and address readily available. But, it can be found on the Web. This company/agency, like the Credit Bureau keeps tracks of all Check Loans that you have individually have taken out, owe and have paid off. Keep a current Report available, just in case. I would like to start a ClassAction Lawsuit against business practices of organizations that harrass and hender hard working indivdual trying to survive and keep afloat.

This guy named Adam called and said he was from the U.S. Justice. I hate these scammers who think they are clever! With the accent he had, I doubt if the U.S. Department of Justice would hire him!!

The call I got today was the 2nd call. I'm going to file a complaint with the Department of Justice and the FBI tomorrow. I would love to tell that joker that I checked the address and telephone number of the Department of Justice.

I got a call at work and my boss said she doesn't work here. I have the same call for over 2 years. Very thick accent, hard to understand, said This call is intened for ,says my name very badly. When you receive this call it is urgent that you or your atterney call me right .It is very important that you call me about your case. I have contacted the States Atterney, atterney General,FBI,Secret Service and the Police Dept.. It was about a year ago that the Atterney General called and said that they arrested 2 people in Washington but they had others involed out of the country.

Hey I got two calls from Peter Anderson. One at work and one omy cell. He left message on my phone but didn't say were he was from.

Have received two calls from this moron - first time he says his name is Pedro then today he says Peter Anderson. Unfortunately for Peter he has a very thick Middle Eastern accent. He claims to be from the Department of Justice and always asks for a co-worker of mine. I always take a message. Whoever these [***] are - they called a lot last year - 6-8 times in the space of about 10 minutes one day and got very nasty with me, my co-worker and my boss. We reported them to the FBI last year and the calls stopped but they've suddenly begun again. Time to get out my trusty FBI emails and phone numbers for the local office.

he i had "peter anderson" call me too and because his english was so bad i told him i couldnt understand him so he put his supirior on "ricky smith"... i told him hey...i havnt spoken to you in a long time...how are the wife and kids.... he went on about legal aligations ...so i laughed at him, and told him i demand to know the name of the company he said it is Advance america... he said they own over 300 payday loan comanies and i havent paid them back.. i told him he was a looser and i hope he dies... and i hung up....

I get calls from this guy at work all the time for other employees, most recent he has been using the name James jackson clearly he is not a james jackson he has a very heavy indian accent. I have asked to speak to supervisors and all I get is the run around with another person who doesnt speak english. its gotten so bad that I hang up on him most times when he calls. especially since he has called me every name in the book. & of course that he can pronounce those but he cant say the name of the company I work for. I have started playing a game with him to see how many times he will call me back after I hang up on him. my compnay is looking to have the number blocked. also look for the numbers on your caller Id that show 011052648462 or 052648462. it makes me think its out sourced outside of America. go figure.

Another message from this guy with a THICK THICK THICK accent, says his name is James Jackson (Oh, please. Like anybody would really believe that LIE.)  The second I get the message, I am supposed to call or have my representative. . .
