Did not leave the name of the company just the person name of Lauie William to call him/her back.

Indian guy speaking English with a thick accent identifying himself as "James Smith" is leaving repeated messages asking for a call back to 516-833-3053 and demanding an immediate call back from me or my attorney and then says if I don't return the call he "wishes me luck for what will unfold." Likely a [***] scam artist trying to scare people into sending money. Ignore.

An Indian guy or women I couldn't even tell, saying his or her name was Laurie Wiliams, saying the minute I get the message to call back, or my attorney.  If I don't call back he/she wishes me luck.  Who are these people? I just got nervous hearing the accent, I thought of a terrorist having all my information.  I need to report this to the authorities of this number 516 833 3053.

Just got the same threatening call from "James Smith" with a very thick accent. Placed a call to the Justice Dept. in my state and was told that it it most definitely a scam. Unfortunately, they use #'s that are untraceable. Thinking about calling that # back and telling them that I was instructed by the Justice Dept. to give them their number. I wonder if that'll stop the calls or make it worse.........

I got the same call and it I have had so many different names but today it was a Sam or another.  Every time they call I call them back and tell them I have the police working on my line and they will find them and he told me I hope you have a really good attorney I said I sure do so bring it on LOL>  This makes them stop for a couple of months and then they start again but it is always some Indian person and they are always from different companies but they always say the same thing the wish me good luck.  The first time I was scared but I researched it and they wanted my info and I was like no way.

I usually tell them if I owe you money then send me a bill of copy of documents I have signed... They usually hang up on me...get a job losers and stop trying to rip people off!

I received the same call fom a Sam Parker (who was unavailable) but I was given to a Shane Adams. (He was calling from LLC Law Offices (no other company name.) The gentleman had definitely an Indian sounding thick accent.  This call was received at my work number.  Very embarrasing.He told me that he wanted my attorney's phone number on a legal matte where i owed "Cash Partners" $300 that was supossedly requested back in 2008. I was going to be sued. He was not asking for money at this time but wanted my attorney's information.  I told him that I would have to get the info and call him back with it.  In the meantime I requested that he either fax or email me a copy of the invoice for the amount due.  He said that he could not do that.

I did advise him that I had the right to obtain a copy of an invoice from him showing the money and the company that I owed the money to.  I did tell him that I knew he was a scammer and that I had reported these calls to the FBI, BBB, local Law enforcement and all the agencies that I needed to. He then said then I will see you at the Court House tomorrow at 11:30am.

I even did report it to my IDTheft Insurance Company who has been working with me on this matter. I have been receiving many calls since earlier this year.  They stop for a couple of months and then up again.

I had also gotten a call from an Eric Johnson (Axel Law Office-480-463-1613) earlier in the day. I
told him and requested the same documetation and information from him. I was so sorry that I would
be arreste tomorrow and taken to Jail and Court.   This money request was from a Cash Advance Co.

This is getting a little bit ridiculous.  Is there no way to stop this!!!!!

He told me I took a pay loan out. I check my checking account everyday .He want us to break done he made me cry. I know had pay loan out. They take payement out of my checking each month till paid off

I recently had a call from this number stating that I was trying to hack into bank accounts from bank of America through my computer. This was a little ridiculous because I am not smart enough to hack into anything. They also told me I owed money to a cash advanced place when I cancelled the loan. These guys are a fraud. They would not stop harassing me so I had to change my number. If you get any calls from them tell them you are counter sueing them for false allegations. But Definately make sure you do not give them any personal information!!!!
