    This individual keeps insisting we require a security upgrade to our Windows program.  Has called us multiple times, despite our refusal to co-operate with his instructions.  Claims to be "log help with Windows" and claims to know that our computer has issues - yet insists that he is not connected to our computer.  

    Is very persistent despite us repeatedly telling him that we are not about to co-operate to a voice on the phone.  Our readout on the phone as to the source of this call is "unavailable name" and "000 000 0000" for number!
