Just got a call - said that my computer was registered and they were calling to help me - that my computer was downloading malicious programs - I asked him for his number - number came up as unknown - told him I would call him back - asked where he was calling from - he said Dallas Texas - number comes up from New York - he said his name was David Williams - yet I couldn't understand a word he was saying... he wasn't any David Williams.... He said he was calling from Windows Lock for Help.... He kept asking me when I was going to call him back "in one hour?" "In one hour?", I said sure, and hung up and then went and researched the number.

Just got a call from Shawn, he said he was from Windows Cyber Center and that my computer had malicious virus on it.  He was talking so fast that I couldn't understand a word he was saying.  I ask him to slow down.  He kept assisting I get on my computer and I told him no.   I ask for his name (Shawn) and phone number (516) 833 3079.  I told him I would call him back.  I research the number with no success.  SO PLEASE BEWARE OF ANY CALLERS FROM WINDOW CYBER CENTER.

This number is associated with the (510) 200-0955 problems... ALL BEWARE!  They have been able to retrieve sensitive information from my computer and had presented themselves as "Frank Martin", from "Windows".  USE EXTREME CAUTION and GOOD 'OL COMMON SENSE if called by either of these numbers. (They had called me back in September of this year. 09/12)
