Yes, it's the same phone number (516-926-1772) and same address (18 Richmond St, Albany, NY) but with a curious new wrinkle: The web site Title text and body text on the page names the business as "Conversion SEO", apparently referring to two of their other (now defunct) web sites, conversionseo.cn and conversion-seo.cn. The footer at the bottom of the page still says "MG-Dot Advertising, though...

That one's offline after 19 days and was based out of China

The site's up right now. I just checked. They're using their old trick: newseopackages.com has no DNS but www(dot)newseopackages.com does. It's 118.144.94.80 right now (though it'll probably change when they get kicked off that host).

That's what I'm seeing where it's saying offline-that's without the www bit (I typed it in but the site checker doesn't require it apparently)

I just went to their web site and curiously (and probably by mistake) they have uploaded an old web site to their new URL because it shows their old address and phone number (101st Ave SE, Kent, WA 98030, 253-243-1149) rather than the latest one (18 Richmond St, Albany, NY, 516-926-1772), but the footer of the web page still reads "MG-Dot Advertising".

It's actually a shame that registering a domain is so inexpensive these days. It gives creeps like these the ability to set up their scam sites on dozens of domains without costing them a lot of cash. Here's their two latest: serp-booster.com and newseopackages.com (they set up newseopackages.net a while back).
I just visited both sites to confirm that they are indeed live. Both show MG-Dot Advertising as the business name. Phone number 516-926-1772 and address, 18 Richmond St, Albany, New York, are the usual.
Curiously, the newseopackages.com also shows the name "Conversion SEO" (one of their other domain names) and uses that as the <title> tag for the page. Probably a cut-and-paste error on the part of the scammers hurriedly setting up another new web site. It also states that they're a Google Partner, which is simply a lie.

Yep. I show them both at 118.144.94.80 – one of those sleazy (even by Chinese standards) hosts that doesn't even list an abuse address. "serp-booster.com" domain is registered in the Bahamas but with anonymizing to conceal the criminals behind it. "newseopackages.com" is through a Chinese registry but also with anonymizing.

They're learning (a little): They've figured out that the reputation of "MG Dot Advertising" has been poisoned forever, but they're still using this phone number (516-926-1772) on that web site. Same scammers, no doubt.

And a second new one in the same morning! sem-store.com at IP address 118.144.94.242 (same as basedbusinesstraffic.com and all their other recent sites — it's a spam-tolerant Chinese host, of course). This site is one of their standard "MG Dot Advertising" sites that's appeared in identical form under a variety of domain names and includes the usual footer: "MG Dot Advertising,  (516) 926-1772, 18 Richmond St, Albany, New York"

And a new one from the same MG Dot Advertising scumbags: myinstabuzz.com
They've learned a little in the past months: Though it's at the same IP address all their active sites have been using for the past few months (211.147.14.162 — apparently a highly spam-supporting host in China), the new site uses an all-new template and doesn't give the business name, address or phone number anywhere (oh yes, that'll give customers a lot of confidence!) but... if you click on the link for buying Automatic Instagram Likes to pay it links to www1.mg-cart.net for payment/signup and that page identifies the perps as "MGDot Advertising Agency 001 (516) 926-1772, 18 Richmond St, Albany, New York, USA". BUSTED.

And yet another new site from these scumbags, just an hour or so after the first one today: mgdots.net
This site is just a clone of several of their earlier ones. It actually shows the operator, using the same questionable Albany street address combines with Long Island phone number: MG-Dot Advertising. 001 (516) 926-1772, 18 Richmond St, Albany, New York

The latest site from MG Dot Advertising: negativeseoss.com — currently hosted at 104.27.136.15 by Cloudfare.com, a company that seems to specialize in hosting sites for spammers selling counterfeit goods and other dubious fare. They seem to be catching on to the fact that the name "MG Dot Advertising" is becoming well known (and not in a good way) because they scrupulously hide it. It's not on the negativeseoss.com page itself but when you click on a "buy" button the page that opens is www1.mg-cart.net, which says "MGDot Advertising Agency 001 (516) 926-1772, 18 Richmond St, Albany, New York, USA". Yup. Same scumbags.

DomainTools says the registrar is Tucows (which has long had problems vetting its clients).
And the servers hosting the site are on Cloudflare.com, which also hosts that AWEFUL site 800notes.com

It's a shame 800notes is on a scummy host like Cloudfare.com. Then again, spammy providers like to host legit sites, too. Legit sites like 800notes serve as "human shields", so to speak, to convince people not to firewall/blacklist their network.

SSDD (Same Scammers, Different Domain). They've added mgdots.net now (104.27.156.248 — yes, it's Cloudfare.com). This site is just a clone of various other ones they've had and doesn't try to hide its ownership: "MGDot Advertising Agency 001 (516) 926-1772, 18 Richmond St, Albany, New York, USA".

The MG Dot Advertising scammers just added another web site — thewebsitetraffic.net — over the weekend. But kudos to Cloudflare.com for shutting it down within 24 hours. It'll probably turn up on a Chinese host within a few days...
