I just got a call from that number, but didn't answer it nor did they leave a message. I'm assuming it's Charter/Spectrum trying to sell their crap. They've been using a variety of phone numbers with the same area codes of the people they're calling. They're hoping that they'll catch people off-guard that way.

Problem with your theory. The number is one that is registered originally through Centurylink Communications Llc-Charter/Spectrum would use one of their numbers. Also, as someone who has them, they don't call unless you call them first, nor would they use such a number
