They buy old debt.

Sick and tired of this very annoying debt collector.   Portfolio Recovery. This debt is almost 10 years old   I am on social security.

You're going to have to send them a Cease and Desist order.

This should be done by US Mail, return receipt requested.

Hey Kathy. If a debt is over 7 years old and you also haven't made any payments (in 7 years) it shouldn't still be on ur credit report. And you definitely shouldn't still be getting calls about it.
