Capital One Auto Finance

This is capital one trying to use a different number, especially if they have not been able to contact you on any of their other 14 numbers. This seems to be a number from a new series of numbers they are using.

Capital One Auto Finance

This is capitalone auto finance. They have a bunch of numbers they use because they are hip to the fact that most everyone has caller id. They'd be a lot smarter if they called from a number in your area code or even in your tri-state area..but most people wouldnt pick up strange calls from odd area codes - even if it weren't a bill collector. These calls will stop once you catch up your payments.
I've answered the calls in the past when I fell behind and I was made to feel like the car would be taken out of the driveway. They were terrible. It wasn't until I told them to go ahead and take it (because I only use the car for weekend and take the bus to work). I even told the guy I'd just get an old cadillac for 500. and cheaper insurance and that them taking the car would do me a favor...boy did they change their tune and eventually came up with payment terms that I could meet..and I caught up! But they aren't very nice on the phone. They told me, just pay 500. and we won't bother you for another month..but then they called me the next day and over and over and over again until I did what I just told you. Good luck These are hard times. If GM had that deal about returning the car when I purchased mine - I'd have done it. We didn't get those perks in 2006.

This is great.  They must have called 8 times in the last week to my son's cell phone.  He is 11.  I don't think that he needs their services yet.
