I got a call from this number too saying that its from IRS and they are making this final call before filing a lawsuit
and that I should call back immediately

This is a scam. If there was any issue with the IRS they would send correspondence via regular mail. The IRS will never call you directly.Just google "call from the IRS about a lawsuit" and read the IRS search results

Same scenario as above. Most likely a scam. Call initially comes in as from Peru!

While at work today, I received two calls both with the same message and from the same number.
" ...S...Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you.  To get more information about this case file, please call our service department number: 518-300-3741..."
Now I file a complaint with FCC...

I called back this number for this [***] to say he was sending someone to arrest me! Also they were freezing my bank accounts. "Officer Shawn" with a middle eastern accent.

Also received a call today at 3:33 saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.

They called saying they were with the IRS and were going to file a lawsuit against me if I didn't return the call.

Called my number and left me a VM stating that I owe IRS money and they will file a lawsuit if I won't call them back.

I got the same IRS lawsuit call too.   We all know it's not the IRS,  why don't they get a job and leave innocent people alone
