This makes the 20th phone number for them.  No use in blocking, they just call from a different number. I find it hard to trust someone who calls from 20+ different numbers.

Got called, they left no message .  I will ignore until they leave a message.

Received a call from Portfolio Recovery 518-419-6729. Appears to be a scam. I don't have any debt. They did not leave a voicemail.

They may be calling about years old debt that may or may not exist, they may be calling because you have the same last name and/or phone number of someone they think owes money, they may be calling to locate someone.  Regardless they are very persistent and have around a thousand numbers they call from.  The solution to this problem has been posted and is on this very page.  You can use it or not (but expect to get lots more calls), your choice.
