CBV collections. Lowest level debt collector looking to collect debts 10+ years old. all they can do now is harass.

Called me 13 times since 7:01am this morning, I have 2 children one being 2 months old. Very upset at the fact they dont know when to quit. Told them I have no interest in paying this debt at the moment.

I had several calls from this number today - finally called them back - they are supposedly collecting debts from the Bank of Nova Scotia where I have never had an account with them.  She wanted to "verify my information" and asked for my birthdate which I refused to give.  She told me I was going to continue to get calls, and I will continue to not answer.

Do not call a hundred calls a day and from different numbers. We also sleep past 10 .

Almost 3 years of calls for a debt owed by someone else. The collection agencies sell files back and forth. The very first agency agent said she thought I knew who their target was, and unless I gave up information they can call and harass forever. They spoof numbers, and the calls appear to originate from places all over North America, even got one that was tagged as originating in the UK. Probably faked. I never answer calls from unknown numbers. They never leave messages.

In my jurisdiction after seven years a debt is no longer collectible in a court. UNLESS the debtor can be fooled into making a payment. Then the clock restarts. If a relative or friend (they will call and harass any contact of the debtor they can find) pays even a dollar, they legally assume the debt. The collectors will use every emotional tactic ... lie, cheat, threaten etc. to get someone to make a payment on an ancient debt. It's a fishhook.

Repeated calls for a debt that has inflated 3 times its original balance. Way over the 7 yr mark.

Yup! They called me about my debt from 8 years ago which is paid long time ago. Where did they even dig that debt info from? They ask for proof of the payment, I don’t have time for that. Annoying guys. All I want to say that the people who work in that company probably have one of the hardest jobs lol

Call every single morning 7 days a week I just got this phone number it's a brand new number unbelievable I have no idea who would even is it's always an automated call and it tells me to wait for someone asking for someone I don't even know

It might be new to you but it was being used by someone else at one time.
