Angel Toal comes up on the call display. Then she asks if this is Mr (or Mrs) so-and-so speaking. Everybody seems to do this nowadays -- no common courtesy of identifying yourself before asking for info. Betting this is a collection agency from the air of 'faux' authority versus the 'salesy' familiarity of a telemarketer.

This is just to clarify what people think of the calls received by Angel Toal.  This is a courtesy call because someone has sent an email for information on certain items or places.  The reason the place or company that is calling is not diclosed at the initial hello conversation is for confidential reasons.  This is by no means a Collection Agency call or Telemarketing.  We only call the numbers that the client puts in the email, sent to us, for us to return the call they asked us to.

This number is from a sales rep for TripCentral.ca in the Toronto Area. She left me a message regarding having looked at their site and bookmarked some trips using their system.
