Got a call from this number at 12:50pm Jan 4, '12.
Picked up and got a recorded announcement : 'important info on financial emergency, ... ' and I hung up.

Same here - just received a call with recording as reported by others.

I just got a new number (SpeakOut Number from 7/11) a few weeks ago and only given the number to close family members/friends, and got a call from these idiots today - how do they get my unlisted number??! Very annoying. Who can we complain to??

I googled the number and came to this site, and also got a hit on www.callowl.com....here's the info on the company that is supposedly behind the calls:

Just got the same recorded announcement calling my unlisted cell phone. Curious how these jerks got my unlisted number.

Yep.  Just got a call from 5199000126 .... TWICE in a row.  No message either time!  I have a new number that's unlisted.  I can only assume it's an automated process that's incrementing by one after each call.

Looks like one more number to add to my blocked list!!!

I did too, did the same thing hung up.
