yes all the time for the last couple of months.  they call 4 or more times a day, never leave a message.  would like to know who they are, but refuse to answer.  here is a suggestion to anyone soliciting donations;  if you leave a message, and i feel it is a charity or organization i wish to donate to, i will return your message.  if i don't then i'm not interested.  can someone tell me why the national no call list isn't working?

I called the number back as they've been callingme several times per day for weeks without leaving a message.  I hit 1 to speak with a customer service rep.  She said they've been me to offer me a special deal on the Guelph Mercury newspaper.  Seriously?????  If I want a damn newspaper, I'll get it myself.  Callingme 4-6times per day sure isn't going to want meto subscribe....simply pisses me off.  

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
