Calls often but no message is left. The caller ID says SSI but I don't know who it truly is

Calls, then hangs up immediately after

Political! But said it was from Virginia. Sounded like a robo call. Caller ID said SSI

Called today and hung up after first ring number only showing as 520-442-1554.  Never been called before today.

CID "SSI" Nobody I know did not bother to answer. Left no message. No message?, number I do not know?, don't know SSI? So that means I block the number.

Global Research crap call, calls multiple times from different numbers.

One of about 4 different numbers w/caller ID of SSI.  I never answer unk. nos.  Figure if it's really for me and really important, a message will be left.  I usually block these nos. after they call 3 times, but whoever this really is is using a number of different spoofed numbers.  Every year I seem to get a slew of these SSI calls around this time.  Most scam and law enforcement sources recommend not answering or using the scammer's "do not call" option.  It just lets the scammer know it's a working number and the time someone can be reached.
