Got 2 calls from this number back to back about 40 minutes apart. Both times they let the message on the answering machine play out but left no message. On the second call I heard someone in the background before they hung up. I called the number back but got a fast busy signal like the number was disconnected. No name or company is listed with caller ID. In the name block the phone number is listed again.
I highly suspect this to be a scam or phishing call.
For some reason I've been getting hit with these types of call over the past 3 weeks and I have an unlisted number. Just last week I got the stupid IRS scam call. The guy on the other end had a foreign accent, I laughed and told him that he needed to practice speaking English. He got mad and cussed at me saying he was going to prove who he was and send the police over if I didn't cooperate and pay my fine. I laughed again and told him to send the police or federal agents if he wanted a bunch of them shot before I left the city and hung up. I'm still waiting for the police to show up. I love messing with these guys. I have a VoIP phone service (Internet Phone) and the number I have is from the last state I lived in so they could never find me by using that number anyway.
But seriously, do not fall for the IRS scam calls or any other scam calls.  The IRS never calls anyone, they send a letter by snail mail with verifiable ways to contact them.  There are several videos on YouTube were these idiots call a police station with these scams. One guy tell a Cop that they call Americans because they are so stupid and many just pay them without question. So be aware of scam calls
