This number called my phone. I thought it was a friend that I knew that lives in AZ but it was not. When I picked up, I said hello twice with no answer. Then I dialed *67 with their number and it said that this number is disconnected....
Creepy right?

They called me today and I got Alex with the samething but he said he work for all the banks and I actually work at one if the ones he named. I called him a liar. He called me a stupid [***], [***], dummy, told me to go [***] myself several times and then when I told him I was recording the call he hung up. I said this is comical and he goes what does that mean.

Where do you purchase this, device?

For call blocking devices or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Got a call from this number around 5:00 p.m.  I answered and there was nothing.  Ever since then I have been unable to use my phone as it says the line is busy.  Evidently the caller didn't disconnect.

Got a call very early in the morning.  Jerks.  I did not answer, they left no message.  I saved it to a junk contact and set the ringtone to none.  I must have 50 or so numbers saved to junk contacts.  They keep coming from new areas of the country.  Criminal.

If you call me and I answer....SAY SOMETHING!  Silence and then disconnect.  What was the point?  To see if I would answer.  Silly me.

Called at 7 AM. I didn't answer.

WTF?   Don't pay for a blocker.  Use Mr. Number!  It's a free App. Go to their website. I have used it for over a year and have had complete piece of mind! ;-)

I received a phone call from a different number (520-971-4822) this AM I answered because it was supposedly local and it said. It was calling about my credit cared, not that there was a problem but that they are sure I would like to lower my rates. So I hung up and blocked it. Now I received two phone calls from this number  (529) 958-7528 And it has the same exact message. I have blocked this one too. But what really made me mad was that when I didn't answer it, they humg up and called right back.  By the way, all of these calls are coming in on my cell phone!

Robo call. Slight delay from when you answer to when the caller comes on. Said he was from "dealer services" and asking about a pickup I sold years ago. Kept referring to "our files indicate..." As soon as I asked him what file he was talking about he hung up. These jerks are usually trying to rip you off on extended warranties or something similar. I blocked the number.

Very loud call center background noise.  Extended vehicle warranty scam.  Claimed to be "Vehicle Processing Center".

Call blocked by husband as it was a number we did not recognize.  After reading other posts now know it is spam.
