Phony, spoofed number, not in service, being robo-called on a tie-line. Caller Id says Stafford VA., but the call center could be in hell. Even though this number has been blocked for weeks, the Devils still call several times daily. Still blocked.

Robo caller named Daphne. "Mortgage rates at all time low" it said. Hung up and blocked. 540 area code id'ed as Stafford VA

Received a call from this number several times a day.  No on is on the other end, just silence.

This is a phony, spoofed, non-working number being robo-called on a tie-line. Calls several times daily, and is likely allied with 540-899-8874, which is also phony, spoofed, etc. Both numbers have been blocked for months, but they persist in calling multiple time daily.

Whoever is behind the daily harassment of multiple calls from 540-699-8860, -8874 and their other numbers, has to be shut down, severely fined and locked up. They are robo-calling using spoofed, pirated and phony numbers. I suspect they are affiliated with the notorious Quacken Loans herd, which has been cited dozens of times in this forum. The herd members operate under different names as well. If you need to take out a mortgage or refinance, go to your local bank or credit union, where you will be treated with respect and courtesy, get the best possible deal, and have your personal data protected. Do not give personal data or a credit card number to anyone over the phone. If everyone complains to their Attorney General, FTC and FCC online, eventually these callers will be tracked down and locked up..

I hope everyone is sending complaints online to their state's Attorney General, FTC and FCC about these devils who persist in calling up to ten times daily using this number, as well as 540-699-8874, 540-699-88xx, and a wide range of (703), all of them spoofed, pirated or non-working. The herd of daily callers affiliated with Quacken Loans is beyond contempt, who think that continuous daily harassment calling is an acceptable marketing technique. My son recently got his MBA, and he says if you are going to try telemarketing, one call only, leave a polite message, and that's it. They recognize all of this ridiculous robo-calling has gone to beyond the realm of the absurd. Another number blocked, for what it's worth.

Seems unbelievable, the incredible array of spoofed and pirated numbers being utilized by these arrogant devil animals, robo-calling multiple times daily using different numbers minutes apart (mostly 540-699-8860 and -8874). I would rate them as the #1 harassing, robo-calling, telephone terrorists at this time. I hope everyone is sending online complaints to their state's Attorney General, the FTC and FCC. Sufficient complaints, and eventually they will be shut down, fined and criminally charged. One such Miami FL robo-caller was recently fined $120 million for making over 96 million robo-calls, using spoofed numbers, over a short time period. Criminal charges have been filed. Blocked.

Any operation which uses over 45 numbers to continue daily, seven days a week robo-calling harassment and telephone terrorism needs to be urgently shut down, the perps fined and locked up. Even though 540-699-8860, -8874 and assorted other numbers have been blocked for months, these arrogant devils still persist in calling. We shut off the house phone ringers at 7 PM every day so our kids can sleep undisturbed by calls that go until past 9:30 PM. Everyone please send complaints online to your state’s Attorney General, the FTC and FCC. Sufficient complaints and they will take action. Their system works. The Feds recently shut down a Miami, Florida spoofing robo-caller who made over 96 million calls in a short time period- a fine of $120 million, and criminal charges have been filed. There is another U.S. Attorney-Florida A. G. team action on-going in the courts against an Orlando area scam robot-calling gang that used multiple locations. Complain!

They are blocked but they keep calling about 4 times a week.  They keep leaving voicemails saying "hello, are you there?" then hang up... always the same voicemail.  Figured if they needed me they would leave a more detailed voicemail. They're just very annoying.  Can hear a lot of noise in the background too.
