Spam guy got my phone from Craigslist in ILLINOIS! and is trying to supposably sell my car.

Guy has called me three times wanting to sell my car for me.

Called twice so far.. got my number from my craigslist ad... they want to sell my bike for me .. "it will cost about $200"

Definitely spam. This person will contact you if post anything on Craigslist.

got my ad and number from Craigslist.  Has a several "clients" that are looking for a "vehicle" like mine.  My "vehicle" happens to be a  ten foot dinghy, that he wants to sell for me.   C'mon man!

I've received a call once a day from this number since I listed my motorcycle on CL. Same SCAM message as everyone else. My motorcycle on craigslist "is in high demand" and they will sell it for me "for only a $200 fee."

Same as everyone else. I figured it was a scam because he didn't include any specifics in the voicemail, told me the call back number is not the one he called me from, referred to my motorcycle as a "vehicle," and didn't give a company name. How much more obvious can you be?

The caller was polite in his voice mail, but called at least 3 times about my auto ad on Craigslist to sell my car for me for about $200. He WAS cognizant about what make/model I was selling, and aware that the ad had been deleted (although he called back anyway to waste my time).

Aaron from "Once Driven".   called initially from 540-904-4838, then later from a different number 540-751-3319 , so both numbers are at issue.

Same voice message from Payton giving his direct number 888-941-6515. "We've got some clients shopping for vehicles ... tell you a little bit more about what we can do to help you get it sold. AH, THERE'S A SMALL FEE FOR THIS SERVICE ..." Nuff said!

Craigslist Scammer.  Ignore.

Got the same call from a Peyton, I'm going to ask him to meet me for I don't deal with money transfers or banks and show him the error of his ways!!

Got phone Call from this number twice after I post on craigslist

Same as others, I told him if he sells my rv, send me the money and i will send him his $200. He said he couldnt do that. Shocker!!

Peyton told me he'd be happy to sell my car for me, although its already been sold and the craigslist ad deleted, for a small fee.  No thanks.

I received a call from 540-751-3319. A voice recording calling themselves "Once Driven" and for a fee of $189.00 they will help sell my car posted on Craigslist. I posted the car and within 24 hours, had many responses and a sale.

1st, why would someone contact me when I checked no contact or solicitation on the craigslist ad
2nd, why I would pay anybody to sell my car.
and
3rd, I was to keep activate selling my car, and if it sold it before they did,  they would refund me the prepaid fee 189.00 in 45 days.

Do they assume we self motivated Craigslist sellers are idiots, and need some recorded voice to help us do what we do best.

Thanks for posting. "Peyton" got my number from Craigslist and he told me it was a great opportunity to sell my call because he had clients looking for just that car. The car is at least 1000 miles from his location.
