Called, could hear a tone on the other end, told them we were a law office and they hung up.

Blocked.

I received so many of these type of calls that it becomes really damaging to my business as I'm not picking up my phone anymore.
from cruise surveys to Canadian pharmacy to update my Google listing (how come Google is not concerned about the reputation damaged  done to them? Or Is Google is behind it subcontracting out to 3rd parties,who knows...)

I think it is really time to pass from legislation and make it a federal law that an unsolicited Marketing attempt of any kind phone call of that nature is at least a misdemeanor as it constitutes harassment!
