A lender trying to deposit 10,000$ in my bank account. Wanting all personal info,couldn't speak proper English,kept saying,don't tell your bank.

Received a call from 551-226-4308 claiming to be from IRS that there is a warrant out for my arrest and to call the number back.

Got the call about a warrant for me and to call before they sue. First off, warrants are issued in criminal matters, not civil. I can tell them exactly what they should have said but no way am I gonna make it easier for them. No legal office will EVER call you without identifying who they are and how to contact them. If it is an out of state number they will tell you who they are and what the call is regarding. End of con. Report this number to your secretary of state if you can.

Called mid-day, didn't leave a message. Blocked based on others' feedback.

Happened to me too 3 mins ago. Adding number to the block list.  Same thing.

Received a call from 551-226-4308 claiming to be from the IRS in New York City, asking for my name to verify to verify why their system called me.  I laughed and he got upset.  I asked how would I know he is from the IRS.  He replied, "you don't need to laugh and if you don't believe me then ignore the call."

received a call from 555-226-4308 2 times mid day. I didn't answer, they just left a message to call them right away. they are now blocked on my phone. Thank you

Same with me but when I called to tell them that I Google searched them the guy said "I don't know what you're talking about mother f$#$er!

i got a call just now. said they were from irs and there was a bailable warrant issued on my name. asked me to call 551 226 4308

Claimed to be IRS - warrant issued in my name asked to call back @551-226-4308
