this number keeps calling my cell number

Got a call from this number Monday morning, 8/19/13, before 9:00 A.M.; left no message

It's a Verizon "nag-o-matic" Probably done by a 3rd party nagging service and not directly thru Verizon (since the number is on a different carrier). Don't call them back,  just pay your bill like normal. As long as you cover your past due,  you shouldn't get any more of those calls.
