Someone from India claiming something about my computer

551-226-6075: I got a call 10 minutes ago,  saying he is from Microsoft there is problem with computer, he was insistent on my having issues with my computer told him computer is scanned regularly and hung up...It is scam calls...They need to quit and get real jobs and a life.

551-226-6045 from NJ - UnknownI received a call from the same group.  Caller with an accent identified himself as being from Microsoft, and there are serious issues with my computer.  I'm in IT support with a major world-wide electronics manufacturer with a rather large IT support staff.  There's no way in heck that some guy from Microsoft is going to call me directly for desktop support.  Sensing the scam, I decided to play along with him for a few minutes.  Every question he had for me, I had 3 questions back for him.  After 15 minutes of wasting his time and sensing his frustration, I figured my job was just about done.  I kindly told him what I thought of his mother and sister and hung up.  Yes, that was rather rude.  My mother wouldn't have been proud of me.  My father, he'd still be laughing.

Same #, same foreign accent, stating Microsoft sent them issues with my computer and they needed to access my computer.  Total SCAM.  I also played along with him and then decided to to let him know how disappointed I was in him and asked how he sleeps at night knowing he is scamming people.  :o)
