Screened it but no message

answered call after getting this phone call - no one on the other end

Hang up when answering can't call bk

Asked for me by first name, said nothing else for 33 secs. No message; no identification of who it was.  A lot of background sounds going on (suspect sales room).

Received call but no reply from Caller. Called back number but mailbox is full.

Has called multiple times. No message. No idea who it is.

Called at 4:00 a.m.
No message.

Several calls from the above number, seems to be  Active Capital (name swcanned). No one on the other line
half the time, no messages, when there is someone they reference Active Capital and then I hang up

Google shows there are several businesses with "Active Capital" in their name so this one is going to be difficult to figure out.

Spam number with no one on the other end. When you call those numbers back, they all go to the same voicemail.

Those calls are coming from the same provider, VeriSign. NOTE: VeriSign said they are not the spammer and don't make outgoing calls, but the lines go back to them as the provider, like Verizon is a provider, not the telemarketer. VeriSign isn't a phone provider, they are internet security, but some telemarketer is using them so they can't be found.  Call VeriSing and report the numbers.  More people that do, the more they might look into it and stop the telemarketer who is doing it.  I gave seven different numbers to them, including this one.

Called to offer 600$ vacation credit. Had all my information from a resort I stayed at.

Left a VM message--noise in the background but nothing else, then hung up.

Appeared to be a robo-call.  No one would answer when I picked up.  Simply blocked them from making further calls (at least from that particular number).
