I work for The Navy and it calls me at work and hangs up.  Here is a 1800 you can call to complain to.

I keep getting this call from 559 272 6487 no one there.  how do you get them to stop calling???
This has been a daily occurance for months now.

I get this call nearly every day. Does anyone have any idea how to make it stop?? They just call and hang up. If I call them back, they answer and then hang up

Go to the FCC website, click on "Complaints" fill out a Form 1088D and submit by email, fax, or mail. They have a 1-800 number to call during business hours, too.  The more complaints they get, the more NAD (National Auto Division) will have to answer what was in my case hung up calls day & night (& busy when I call their no. which showed up on my caller id as "Fresno, CA".

Just wanted to let you all know...your not alone. I live up here in Alaska and get calls all the time too. Finally I decided to call back and chew them out and just got a "beep". So they are attacking us all the way up here too!

Called to sell me an extended warranty.  Represented themselves as subdivision of BWM.  I asked if they were an affiliate or a direct subdivision and he said subdivision.  I continued the conversation and it turned out he had the VIN on my car but the model was wrong.  When I questioned how the model number could be wrong (since you can figure it out from the VIN) he said some kid must have been messing with the computer.  I started to ask another question and he cut me off with "GO TO HELL" and hung up.

I've reported the phone number to BMW with this story.

yet another annoying and bothersome caller. caller id says NAD. i usually ignore the call but answered twice this morning and nobody was there. i don't know who they are or what they want, and frankly i don't care. just want them to stop calling, because i'm sure it's a scam.

I received one of these calls earlier today ~ it wasn't the exact same #  but it was listed as NAD (559-272-6471) on the caller ID.  The man asked for my husband and when I ask who it was he said they were calling about our warranty for our Honda.  I asked to be taken off the list.  He asked why I was being rude.  I simply said that I've asked hundreds of times to be removed from their calling list.  He said "I need to talk to your husband since you are just a women and his name is one the paper." I said "excuse me?" He again said I was just a women and he needed to talk to the man about this.  I then asked to talk to his supervisor.  He covered the phone and said something to someone and then came bask and said that his supervisor said to "go to HELL"
                                                                                                                                                   
I must have missed that day in Sales 101 when they taught customer reprsentatives to talk to potenial buyers that way.

Keeps calling no message and hangs up when I answer

They call all the time, at least 2 or 3 times a day, no one there, and if you call the number back, no one answers

I have told this number (559-272-6487) to place me on the "DO NOT CALL" list. Three years later, they continue to harrass me. The last caller became extremely rude after I told him how irritated I was with his department. He told me that he would continue to call me everyday, even on Sundays. He did not call on Sunday, but he did call again on Monday. This has got to stop! We know that harrassment is illegal.

I just called them and informed them that I would give there number to credit card companies, insurance companies, medical supplies companies,  paper supply companies, gosh Im sure I can think of others who would be willing to call and harass them for a change.  800-430-4428 is a good number (Pay back is a.......)

They called and claimed to be American Auto Shield and offered extended auto warranty. They had my name, address and VIN and asked to purchase the extended warranty. When I told them that I needed to think about it, they said the offer was only available during that call and by law they could not call me after that to solicit business, nor would they have the same offer available if I were to call them back at a later time. Scam, apparently.

The customer service number they provided me was 1-800-430-4428 which belongs to National Auto Division (not American Auto Shield). They also claimed to have an A+ rating with BBB. American Auto Shield does have that rating but National Auto Division is not even a member of BBB.

The first time I answered the call weeks ago they asked for my husband, I said he wasn't home and what is this about.  They offered me the warranty on a truck, told him no thanks we don't own the truck anymore.  Now, they've been calling back almost daily and every time we answer the phone they hang up on us.  How can we officially report this company?  Better Business Bureau?

they have called several times with the #'s 559-272-6487 (Fresno,Ca) and 323-372-6392 (LA,Ca.) They even have a private # private name or unknown they use. Maine's law is very strict on telemarketers and collectors under state statute laws. I promised the caller I was turning over the #'s to our AG and BBB.
They insist someone named Kristen lives here and said they will call back whenever they want. If I could find their address, I would send them a cease and desist letter.

Have not had my home phone but about 3 months and keep receiving calls from tis number 559-272-6487. I do not answer and when I have  I receive nothing but silence then a hang up?! Strange! I am thinking of having my phone turned off,
