Received a call early his morning and did not leave a message. Blocked number based on comments on this site.

An unwanted call from this Fresno VOIP number arrived today.  When the answering machine picked up, the caller responded with dead silence.  This is the tactic of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who continuously troll the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.

The website www.whitepages.com describes this number as "scam or fraud."  I'm sooooo surprised!!!!!!

i just got a call from this number.

Called here yesterday near 1:00 PM PDT.  Did not answer.  No msg.

I received a call looking for Julio, I told the guy please call again there is no Julio with this number and he was rude, telling me have a nice life in a bad tone of voice.
I just blocked this number reporting it as spam.

Called, left no message. Tried to call back several times but only got a busy tone. Probably a scam.

Called my cell 10/28/17 at 11:42 am.  no message.  blocked now.

Recieved two missed calls from this number. No message. Attempted to call back but got busy signal

Called at 8:25 this morning while I was fixing breakfast, the phone was in another room being charged. I assumed that it had to be a robo call because nobody calls me that early in the morning, after breakfast when I saw the number I assumed I was right because I don't know anybody in Fresno, and of course no message was left. I block the number, A$$ H~*~s!

I got a call today from this Fresno number. He asked what I was wearing and I told him khakis but I was actually wearing jeans. He corrected me and when I asked how he knew he just starting breathing loudly and hung up....????

SCAMMER - man with southern accent identified himself self as charity for National Police and Troopers Association and if I was interested in supporting the families of slain officers - I said that I do support my local police department charities.  He said they work with them too and a small donation of $15-$50 is all they were looking for.
If I was interested, then he was going to "mail out" a donation card.  I figured if he was sending me info, it would be safe enough because I was not giving him any of my personal info.  Then he transferred to his "assistant" to accept my approval to mail - she was a call-center woman who just wanted to take my personal information over the phone....wait, "you called my cell phone, I don't want to give you my First and Last Name, Address."  So then she said she could not disclose where she got my number as it was confidential, but she needed it to process my credit card..."wait, the last guy said you need my approval to mail out a donor card?"  Then she tried to ask just for my credit card without me giving my personal information - that is when I realized it was a scam....NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD TO SOMEONE THAT CALLS YOU!!!!!  she hung up when she realized I was not going to give her my info.
