Robocaller, calls and says the following:
Patient Advocate due to recent changes you are no eligible through your current insurance provider for Advanced Cardiac screening this test is preventative and of designed to detect genetic abnormalities that makes you in your family more likely to suffer from cardiovascular elements it is recommended that anyone over the age of 50 Take this test your eligibility may not last long please press one to speak with a representative press 9 to be placed on our do not call list.

These are often Insurance and Medicare billing scams. Be careful about what info you confirm or offer during these calls. Often, if you press them for a name and location, they will cut the call - a sure sign this is a scam.

Calls and calls and calls and calls, even though the number has been blocked. Persistent criminals.  Spectrum phone gave it the Caller ID of "SPAM RISK."

This number called, and hung up before my software answered the phone.

I blocked them.

This scammer calls and calls and calls, early in mornings, changing their fake number slightly each time to circumvent my block on them. I'm getting ready to disconnect all phones. I don't believe that carriers cannot ID and block fake numbers.
