Got a call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

"Hello, this is Jennifer. This is a debt collectior. Call (something unintelligible) USA at 559-650-7123."

They called, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.

Robot caller, they start talking before the message is done so all i get is 650-7123 call back.  not enough to waste my time on, im sure its some sort of scam, its that time of year!

Called number back guy said Mr. Gonzales what is your acct number. Told him don't have one, ask what company is with said just Mr. Gonzale I said so this is a scam number   I hung up.

Calls all the time I don't answer. Never leave a massage.

They call all the time and don't leave a message nor say anything when I pick up. I called them back and they claim to be a debt collector for my doctor's office. I called my doctors office and this is a scam!

Calls and leaves a message claiming they are a debt collector but never names who they're calling for or what supposed debt they're inquiring about.

This time left a message. Name is Fernando and slurred the name of the debt collector agency and gave a return number to call of 877-485-7910. I already had this number blocked. But yet they were able to leave a message. I didn't think they could if blocked.

ROBO CALLER SCAM CALL dont answer and DO not call them back

Calls, but won't leave a message.   Don't recognize the number so assume it's just another scam.

Left a message saying he was Casey with Credit Service Bureau USA, with a call back number of 877-485-7940.

I can find several DC's with names close to that, but not exactly the same.  However since they left a message:

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid. 

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Just got a call from this number on Memorial Day (working on public holiday huh?) and my husband answered. He later told me someone from credit bureau to collect debt after  I discharged hospital 1year ago.

This is a scam!

This number is calling me 2 or 3 times a day. I never answer but I am thinking of calling them back to see who they are. It is a scam collection agency. Creditors Company USA.

Called my work number, asked for me.  Slurred the company name.  Tried multiple times to get me to say yes to confirm my identity.  I answered each time with "it is".  She kept saying I had to answer with yes.  I wouldn't and she hung up.
