Called at ten to 10 pm. No message. Bogus and intrusive.

5 calls with no voicemail in two days.  Blocked.

Called at 8:20 AM. Showed up on my cell phone as "suspected spam caller." Blocked.

Called claiming to be part of some California Electric initiative. I believe it has to do with solar panels.

Called Friday, 3/16/18 at 10 am PDT.  Caller ID showed "Fresno CA".  They hung up after second ring, when answering machine came on.  Check-caller.net lists as telemarketers calling about "home energy rebate".

2nd call in 10 mins. First from 661 phone (ignored, no VM left); then this number shows up. Ignored. No VM left. Blocking.................

WHOEVER the person is... they're PSYCHOTIC! They've called TEN times today back to back. Then they called ANOTHER TEN TIMES from a blocked # and started talking [***].

They called my cell phone today; I didn't pick up, and they left no voice message.

Called my number and rang about 6 times before I could get to it.  There was a pause and the person just hung up.

Waited for several minutes and called back and some guy answered, I'd say around early 20's if not younger.  I chewed him out and he said he was sorry and I told him I have his number and now his address and will report him the the telephone company.  He got very upset and I just hung up on him!

I picked up. They want housing info and the amount you pay for your energy bill because you may be eligible for a free assessment for a $25 gift card. I pretended to be an old couple, and kept them on-line for over a half hour, telling fake and outlandish stories, like how I met Alexander Grand Bell in 1949 and we ate sushi at an NY deli, and how I live at 1600 Pensylvania Ave, and how my daughter is getting married tomorrow, an I kept having him respell my name and changing the spelling on him and whatnot. I basically wasted his time. Scam, definitely not legitimate. The good thing is that they are only allowed to take 5 min per call so they get angry if you take your time. Also, they said they were gonna come to my house to [***] it so i gave them the White House's phone number as well.
