Called, left voice mail about helping with student loans.

I don't know anyone in Clovis, CA, so I didn't answer.  Left a message about student loan forgiveness...but I don't have any student loans.  SCAM!!

They called about my student loans, which are consolidated and in repayment.  I'm sure they got my information from some inquiry I put outlast year about consolidation.

I don't have student loans so I don't know why they are harassing me. Time to press charges for harassment. They claim they can reduce the amount of the monthly payment amount if I call within 24 hours. Not sure how much lower than $0.00 I can go maybe I'll get a refund from them since I owe $0.00

Called for the third time today at 1:22. if you state that you have no loans, and wish to be placed on a "do not call list" they will simply hang up... and call again a few hours later.

Same spill about student loan forgiveness. I told him I didn't have any student loans and asked that my numbe be removed from his call list. He said negative. I cursed a bit, he hung up. Then called right back.

Agressively marketing "help" with student loans. Warned of dire monetary fate if I didn't call within 24 hours. They have called repeated times.

Harrasing me with multiple calls even though I have asked to be removed from their list multiple times.  I last called them upset and was told to shut my f...in mouth.  I want to know how to file a law suit against this company for harrassment.

I've been scammed by docucare, inc and who had previously been called student loan services. I think this is another scam agency. They cold called me and said I had 24 hours to call and change my monthly payment or I would be stuck paying a large amount. They are a total scam. Left no name or identifying information just an alternate number to call: 888-307-0680. They can be reported to the federal trade commission and better business Bureau if you'very already been scammed. A few lawsuits against these predatory lending and consolidation companies have already been filed. Don't sign anything over the phone. Don't docusign anything. It's a high pressure salesensitive technique. You always have the right to read and review a contract and should never have to give out personal information on the other phone. Hope this helps some people. BTW - the same they pulled with me included a company called Special financing company LLC. It was named Paradigm Account Co. when I checked my credit report. Docucare, inc was based in Irvine California and Special Financing LLC was based in Hampton Virginia. It's a scam designed to make you consolidate through them for a fee of $1950.00 but they lie and tell you that your loans get forgiven. The dept of education consolidates your loans for free and it takes 20 minutes to do.

Mine doesn't even have a live person just a recording to call back. Today it says it was last chance and I have 24 hours. So annoying!

Was asked to be put on the do not call list as I do not have any student loans. I was told that federal law does not apply to them since they are based in California.  He didn't seem to realize that once you cross state lines (evendors with a phone call) it becomes federal jurisdiction. Predators trying to scare good people out of their money.

I have been getting calls from them they said they tried calling me so many times and I needed to call within 24 hours... and of course I called back and asked what they wanted, they hung up on me like 10 times after trying...

They keep calling me from this number talking about paying my student loan.I have no student loan.I did at one time years ago,but Nelnet discharged my loan years ago.

They keep harassing me for no reason

Multiple calls in a row. When you call back the number listed they disconnect no matter of you say you're interested or not. Not sure what the end game is if all they do is call over and over.

I don't have any student loans, so I totally ignore them.

Receiving calls at least 1 or 2 times a day. The most recent call left a voicemail saying I qualify for student loan debt forgiveness and to call back. Never leave the name of the company.
