got a call at 7:32 pm pacific time. no one said anything when i picked up.  i hung up .  called the number at  7;59 and voice mail said "hi this is rick.....".   I think it might be spam or fishing for numbers

They are still 14 years later doing this same thing, and this rick guy is still working it today for god sake. Whatever they doing, it must pay good to be doing this long.

He asked about responding to my inquiring for approval for funding, which I replied I hadn't done so at all.

At which point, he ended the call, wouldn't respond, then blocked me for sure. On calling from new number he answered but quickly hung up, block me.

So at this point I'm writing a program that will take bulk leased virtual calling numbers and spamming the [***] outta him, at random intervals so he can't just stop for the evening after all the calls stop, no this program will purchase new numbers when needed and even generate audio files to play, pretending to fall for it. Just to keep dropping calls constantly, then still not able to provide info, then when do provide it, it's made up
