I received a call form Victory Health Plans last week about insurance.  The person I spoke with sounded legit but, being a wise consumer, I went online to check them out and happened upon this site.  Is this a scam?  Are they licensed insurance agents working for a large brokerage as they claim or just phone hacks selling discount plans?  I really need health insurance but don't want to be deceived like my friend who went with
Cinergy.  Who is Marc Sporn & Steven Goldberg?

Dylan Sporn does have a License. Marc Sporn does not. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

How do you wackos get your information  ??  None of the principals involved with Victory has ever been in prison and no one is going.  Crazy news is fun to read, but, get a grip people.  Find out the truth first.

J (Jay Lowry) you are naive.  Get out while the gettins' good.  You are too good of a man to be caught up in this trickbag.  Take a serious look at the big picture.  In the Boca office there are people (Eddie Siegel, Terry, Jimmy Victor, etc.) selling insurance without a license.  The same is true in the Fort Lauderdale office (Crystal, Regina, Renal etc.).  The General Manager, Don Pinarsky, says it's OK as long as the deals are verified by a licensed agent but, how many "Dylans" can there be in the company?  After my first paycheck bounced, I wired myself for sound and captured Darren, Eddie, Jimmy and even Marc Sporn posing as Dylan while they verified my deals.  I even have Jimmy on tape threatening me with physical violence when I quit last week after having my 3rd paycheck (out of 7) bounce.

Trust me Jay, this is far from finished. My attorney, whom I've had on retainer for more than 20 yrs, assures me that heads will roll.  I can forsee poor Dylan having his license suspended if not revoked all because his father is using him as a "sacrificial lamb" so he can live his "all flash no cash" lifestyle.

Why don't you call the Insurance companies that he is selling for and let them know what his father is doing.

Marc, Irv Sporn and Steven Goldberg all pose as lisenced Insurance Agents. Why doesn't the M.I.B. or The Dept of Insurance get a hold of these guys and end it?

they have been in business over 5 years i think if they were doing something wrong it would be found out by now.you all sound like disgruntled ex employees who were canned for doing something wrong.i bought insurance thru them and saved thousands a year and its with aetna,my son got humama thru them and is very happy

Hello everyone!  My name is Mark Klos.  I received a message on my voice mail about the things being said about me on this site and, frankly, I'm perplexed.  I can't believe there are people out there who would stoop so low in attempting to impugn my integrity.  I'm going to rebut these falsehoods to the best of my ability.  This is not a prepared statement so, if I have a tendency to ramble on a bit, please forgive me.

First of all, I don't live in a crackhouse motel at the corner of Atlantic Boulevard & A1A.  Those would be the general quadrants however, to be more precise, I live South of Atlantic Boulevard and East of A1A at what we owners like to call a boutique direct oceanfront resort.  Our clientele is loyal to the point that some of them have been coming here for 20-30 years and are willing to pay $1050/wk + tax during the season for accommodations like mine.  The $200/wk  crackhouse motels are a couple of blocks away but, after all, the rain has to start & stop somewhere.                                                          

Secondly, I'm not a pedophile, child molester, etc. and have never been convicted of any sex crimes. It is true that I was convicted of aggravated stalking and this is something that I deeply regret however, that was more than 10 years ago and, since I moved to South Florida, I have never been arrested and don't plan to be.  I am on a first-name basis with the neighborhood BSO deputies who assure me that there are no outstanding arrest warrants in my name.

I am not the owner of Victory Health Plans nor was I fired from Victory Health Plans. I quit after 2 months mainly because of the misrepresentation of benefits being made to prospective clients not to mention that 3 out of 7 paychecks bounced.  If the Company is as compliant as Marc Sporn, Steven Goldberg, and Donald Pinansky (not Pinarsky) claim, how come they have achieved an F rating with the BBB in the 11 months they have been operating under their current name?  I, also, never worked anywhere in Delray Beach.

I did not murder my dear wife, God rest her soul.  On Thanksgiving Eve 4 years ago, she fell down a flight of stairs at her sister's house in Michigan, went into an irreversible coma, and was put on life support.  I was here on Pompano Beach when that happened.  There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about her.

I know the reason why these unconscionable things are being said.  It's like, when the evidence against a defendant in a criminal trial is so overwhelming, the only alternative is to blame the victim.  Yes, they lied to me and cheated me out of $1200+ by 'cooking the books'.  They say figures don't lie but, I say liars DO figure. Unfortunately, they have encountered someone who will not roll over for them and are upset with my persistence to collect what is rightfully mine.

Mr. Sperms office delivered very sorry service to me and assured me that I would be covered by Assurant Health, (I wouldn't let them cover my dog if I had one).  They have also sold me a dental plan and have taken some $100 and I still do not have a policy so it is uselesss to me.  I would like to help in any way I can in order to put these people out of business.

Be very careful when purchasing Insurance from Marc Sporn. His companies have an F rating

They don't even sell Aetna or Humana, they never have. They sell worthless discount insurance like Medsaver, Victory Dental or Get Med 360 from unlicensed reps who lie about the benefits. Ever hear of those companies ? Coverage you might as well use to wipe your ass.

Steve Goldberg is not in prison but they are unlicensed phone hacks selling discount plans.

The entire family lives well by stealing from others!  Google the houses in question in the above listing!

I find it highly entertaining and totally fitting that they steal from each other - or claim that is the case - they cannot even help themselves from practicing their "arts" on one another.  Clearly, they were raised well!  

Hopefully, they'll all share a cell one day.
